ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហួត ហាក់៖ «កីឡា គឺជាស្ពានចម្លងសន្តិភាព» ជាពិសេសកីឡាផ្សារភ្ជាប់នឹងវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ក្នុងការជំរុញផ្សព្វផ្សាយវិស័យទេសចរណ៍កាន់តែទូលំទូលាយ និងរស់រវើក

ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ និងលោកជំទាវ រួមជាមួយឯកឧត្តម វ៉ា ថន អភិបាលនៃគណៈអភិបាលខេត្តក្រចេះ អញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីរត់កម្សាន្តមហាជន ចម្ងាយ៥គ.ម ក្នុងគោលបំណងដើម្បីអបអរសាទរព្រឹត្តិការណ៍បុណ្យទន្លេ លើកទី១០ ក្រោមប្រធានបទ “ទន្លេបៃតង បេតិកភណ្ឌវប្បធម៌ និងធម្មជាតិមហាសាល” ប្រព្រឹត្តទៅចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី២៧ ដល់២៩ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅខេត្តក្រចេះ, ការលើកកម្ពស់សុខភាពសាធារណៈ បង្កើនការចូលរួមរបស់យុវជន និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយសក្តានុពលទេសចរណ៍តាមដងទន្លេ។

ពិធីដ៏វិសេសវិសាលនេះ មានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ មន្ត្រីរាជការ ផ្នែកឯកជន យុវជនស.ស.យ.ក បងប្អូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ និងអត្តពលិកសរុបចំនួនជាង ២,៥០០នាក់។

ក្នុងឱកាសដ៏សែនមនោរម្យនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានលើកឡើងថា សម្តេចអគ្គមហាសេនាបតីតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន អតីតនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី និងបច្ចុប្បន្នជាប្រធានព្រឹទ្ធសភា នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានចាត់ទុកវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ ជា “មាសបៃតង” និង “កីឡារស់ក្នុងសន្តិភាព”។

ទន្ទឹមនឹងនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានបន្តថា ការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់របស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល នីតិកាលទី៧ ក្រោមការដឹកនាំប្រកបដោយភាពឈ្លាសវៃ ប៉ិនប្រសប់ ប្រាកដនិយមរបស់ សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តី នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានបន្តចាត់ទុកវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ជាវិស័យអាទិភាព និងចន្ទល់សេដ្ឋកិច្ចជាតិដ៏សំខាន់មួយ និងបានបន្តយកចិត្តទុកដាក់លើវិស័យកីឡា ដោយបានដាក់ចេញនូវពាក្យស្លោក “កីឡារស់ប្រកបដោយសុខដុមរមនាក្នុងសង្គមក្រោមម្លប់សន្តិភាព” និង “ទេសចរណ៍រីកលូតលាស់ក្នុងសន្តិភាព” ព្រមទាំងការជំរុញនូវចលនា “ប្រជាជនម្នាក់ ចេះកីឡាមួយប្រភេទយ៉ាងតិចប្រចាំជីវិត”។ 

សូមបញ្ជាក់ថា សកម្មភាពកីឡានៅពេលនេះ មិនត្រឹមជួយដល់សុខភាពរាងកាយ សុខភាពផ្លូវចិត្ត កាត់បន្ថយហានិភ័យនៃជំងឺផ្សេងៗប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ថែមទាំងជួយឱ្យស្មារតីស្រស់ថ្លា ការកម្សាន្ត ការបង្កើនភាពជឿជាក់លើខ្លួនឯង បង្កើនទំនាក់ទំនង ពង្រឹងស្មារតីឯកភាព-សាមគ្គីភាពរឹងមាំ បណ្ដុះស្មារតីមិនបោះបង់ និងការខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងដើម្បីសម្រេចគោលដៅ។

H.E. Minister Huot Hak: “Sports are a bridge for peace” — especially as they connect with tourism to further promote the sector in a broader and more dynamic way

H.E. Huot Hak, Minister of Tourism, accompanied by his spouse, together with H.E. Va Thorn, Governor of Kratie Province, presided over a 5-kilometers fun run organized to celebrate the 10th River Festival under the theme “Green Rivers, Cultural and Natural Heritage.” The event is taking place from March 27 to 29, 2026, in Kratie Province. It aims to promote public health, encourage youth participation, and showcase the tourism potential along the river.

This grand event was attended by leaders, civil servants, private sector representatives, Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia (UYFC) members, citizens, and more than 2,500 athletes.

On this special occasion, H.E. the Minister highlighted that Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, former Prime Minister and current President of the Senate of the Kingdom of Cambodia, has regarded tourism as “green gold” and emphasized that “sports live in peace.”

At the same time, H.E. the Minister added that the Royal Government of the 7th Legislature, under the wise, capable, and pragmatic leadership of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, continues to prioritize the tourism sector as a key pillar of the national economy. The government also continues to promote sports through the slogans “Sports live in harmony in society under the umbrella of peace” and “Tourism thrives in peace,” as well as the movement “Every citizen practices at least one sport in their lifetime.”

It should be noted that sports activities not only contribute to physical and mental health and reduce the risk of various diseases, but also help refresh the mind, provide enjoyment, build self-confidence, strengthen relationships, promote unity and solidarity, and cultivate perseverance and determination to achieve goals.
