នៅថ្ងៃសៅរ៍ ទី២៨ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ វេលាម៉ោង ៩:៣៥នាទីព្រឹក ក្រុមសម្របសម្រួល (CLG) នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានសម្របសម្រួលដល់ក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ាន (AOT) ចុះសង្កេតការណ៍ ផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់ និងរាយការណ៍អំពីស្ថានភាពព្រំដែននៅតំបន់ច្រកបឹងត្រកួន ខេត្តបន្ទាយមានជ័យលើការគោរព និងអនុវត្តវិធានការទាំងអស់ក្នុងសេចក្តីប្រកាសរួម ក្រោយបទឈប់បាញ់ចូលជាធរមាន។

គួរបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថា ការចុះសង្កេតការណ៍លើកនេះ គឺជាបេសកកម្មនៃការចុះសង្កេតការណ៍ប្តូរវេនរវាងប្រធានក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍ចប់អាណត្តិម៉ាឡេស៊ី ដែលនឹងត្រូវផ្ទេរជូនប្រទេសហ្វីលីពីនដឹកនាំបន្ត ក្នុងនាមជាប្រធានអាស៊ានប្តូរវេន និងជាប្រធានដឹកនាំក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ាន (AOT) បន្ត ប្រចាំនៅព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។

H.E. Lieutenant General Maly Socheata, Spokeswoman of the Ministry of National Defence of the Kingdom of Cambodia, wishes to inform the public as well as members of national and international media as follows:

On Saturday, March 28, 2026, at 09:35AM, the Cambodian Liaison Group (CLG) of the Kingdom of Cambodia has facilitated the ASEAN Observer Team (AOT) to observe, verify and report on the border situation in the Boeung Trakuan Border Checkpoint of Banteay Meanchey Province following the implementation of the ceasefire.

It is also worth noting that this mission marks the handover of leadership from the outgoing Chair, Malaysia, to the Philippines. The Philippines will subsequently assume the rotating ASEAN Chairmanship and continue to lead the ASEAN Observer Team (AOT) in the Kingdom of Cambodia.

The Royal Government and the Ministry of National Defence of Cambodia reaffirm our firm, sincere, and unwavering commitment to fully and faithfully respect and implement the Joint Statement of the Third Special Meeting of the Cambodia–Thailand General Border Committee (GBC) on December 27, 2025, the Joint Declaration on the Peace Agreement between Cambodia and Thailand on October 26, 2025, and all other relevant agreements. This commitment is made with the aim of ensuring rapid recovery and restoring normalcy, and long-lasting peace and stability.
