បន្ទាប់ពីបញ្ចប់កិច្ចប្រជុំពិសេសលើកទី២ នៃគណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនទូទៅ កម្ពុជា-ថៃ (GBC) ដែលបានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនៅថ្ងៃទី២៣ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ កាលពីព្រឹកមិញនេះ ឯកឧត្តម នាយឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ ទៀ សីហា ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តី រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងការពារជាតិ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានចូលរួមជំនួបត្រីភាគីរវាង ឯកឧត្តម Mohamed Khaled Bin Nordin រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងការពារជាតិម៉ាឡេស៊ី និងឯកឧត្តម នាយឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ ណាត់ថាក់ផុន ណាកផានីត រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងការពារជាតិ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រថៃ។

ភាគីទាំងបីបានឯកភាពគ្នាក្នុងការបន្តខិតខំថែរក្សាសន្ទុះនៃការស្វែងរកសន្តិភាពឡើងវិញរវាងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា និងថៃ តាមរយៈយន្តការសំខាន់ៗដែលបានឯកភាពគ្នាក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំពិសេសលើកទី២ នៃគណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនទូទៅ កម្ពុជា-ថៃ (GBC) កាលព្រឹកមិញនេះ។ ភាគីកម្ពុជាក៏បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណចំពោះកិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងយ៉ាងមានប្រសិទ្ធភាពរបស់ម៉ាឡេស៊ីក្នុងការជួយសម្របសម្រួលដល់ការចរចារវាងកម្ពុជា និងថៃកន្លងមក៕

H.E. Lieutenant General Maly Socheata, Spokeswoman of the Ministry of National Defence of the Kingdom of Cambodia, wishes to inform the public and both domestic and international media outlets of the following: 

Following the conclusion of the 2nd Special Meeting of the Cambodia-Thailand General Border Committee (GBC), which held on the morning of October 23, 2025, His Excellency General Tea Seiha, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of National Defence of the Kingdom of Cambodia, attended a tri-lateral meeting with His Excellency Mohamed Khaled Bin Nordin, Minister of National Defence of Malaysia, and His Excellency General Nattaphon Nakphanit, Minister of National Defence of the Kingdom of Thailand.

The three parties agreed to continue their efforts to maintain the momentum for the restoration of peace between Cambodia and Thailand through key mechanisms adopted during the 2nd Special GBC Meeting this morning. Cambodia also expressed appreciation for the effective efforts of Malaysia in facilitating recent negotiations between Cambodia and Thailand.
