កិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី១ របស់ក្រុមការងារសម្របសម្រួលចម្រុះ (Joint Coordinating Task Force - JCTF) កម្ពុជា-ថៃ លើកិច្ចការងារដោះមីនមនុស្សធម៌តាមបណ្តោយព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ បានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅតាមប្រព័ន្ធ VTC

កិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី១ របស់ក្រុមការងារសម្របសម្រួលចម្រុះ (Joint Coordinating Task Force - JCTF) កម្ពុជា-ថៃ លើកិច្ចការងារដោះមីនមនុស្សធម៌តាមបណ្តោយព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ បានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅតាមប្រព័ន្ធ VTC នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី២៤ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ និងបានបញ្ចប់នៅម៉ោង ១០ និង៤០ នាទី។ 

ក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ ភាគីទាំងពីរបានធ្វើការប្រកាសសមាសភាពក្រុមការងារ និងបានធ្វើការផ្លាស់ប្តូរឯកសារនិយាមនីតិវិធីប្រតិបត្តិ (SOP) សម្រាប់ដំណើរការការងាររបស់ក្រុមការងារសម្របសម្រួលចម្រុះ (JCTF) កម្ពុជា-ថៃ ដើម្បីបន្តពិភាក្សា។ ក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ សហប្រធានភាគីកម្ពុជានៃក្រុមការងារសម្របសម្រួលចម្រុះ (JCTF) ក៏បានបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថា រាល់សកម្មភាពដោះមីនមនុស្សធម៌មិនត្រូវធ្វើឱ្យប៉ះពាល់ដល់ការវាស់វែង និងខ័ណ្ឌសីមាព្រំដែនគោករវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរឡើយ ដែលកិច្ចការងារព្រំដែននេះស្ថិតក្រោមសមត្ថកិច្ចរបស់គណៈកម្មការចំរុះព្រំដែន (JBC) កម្ពុជា-ថៃ ។

គួររំលឹកផងដែរថា កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះត្រូវបានធ្វើឡើងស្របតាមស្មារតីនៃលទ្ធផលកិច្ចប្រជុំពិសេសលើកទី១ របស់គណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនទូទៅ (GBC) កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅខេត្តកោះកុង ព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។ 

The first meeting of the Cambodia-Thiland Joint Coordinating Task Force (JCTF) on humanitarian demining along Cambodia-Thailand border has taken place via VTC which was ended on the morning of 24 September 2025 at 10:40. In the meeting, both sides have announced the composition of the working group and exchanged the draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the operations of the Cambodia-Thiland Joint Coordinating Task Force (JCTF) for continuing the discussion. During the meeting, the Cambodian co-chair of the Joint Coordinating Task Force (JCTF) also underlined that all these humanitarian demining actions are without prejudice to the survey and demarcation of land boundary between both countries which task is under the authority of the Cambodia-Thailand Joint Boundary Commission (JBC).

It should be reminded that this meeting is held in accordance with the spirit of the First Special Meeting of the General Border Committee (GBC) on 10th September 2025 in Koh Kong province, Kingdom of Cambodia.
