សេចក្តីប្រកាសព័ត៌មាន÷លោកជំទាវ ឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ឯក ម៉ាលី សុជាតា អ្នកនាំពាក្យក្រសួងការពារជាតិ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា៖

រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ, ថ្ងៃទី១៤ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥៖ ក្រសួងការពារជាតិ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា សូមប្រកាសបដិសេធទាំងស្រុងចំពោះការចោទប្រកាន់ដោយគ្មានមូលដ្ឋាន និងគ្មានភស្តុតាងរបស់ភាគីថៃនាពេលកន្លងមកថា កម្ពុជាបានបង្ហោះដ្រូននៅតំបន់តាមបណ្តោយព្រំដែន នៃប្រទេសទាំងពីរ។ ការចោទប្រកាន់បំភ្លៃខុសពីការពិតទាំងនេះ មិនត្រឹមតែធ្វើឱ្យកើនឡើងភាពតានតឹងប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែក៏បានធ្វើឱ្យប៉ះពាល់យ៉ាងខ្លាំងទៅដល់ជំនឿទុកចិត្តគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក។

ក្រសួងការពារជាតិសូមគូសបញ្ជាក់ថា កម្ពុជាមិនបានបង្ហោះដ្រូនចូលដែនអធិបតេយ្យភាពថៃដូចការចោទប្រកាន់ដែលគ្មានការពិតនេះឡើយ និងសូមស្នើភាគីថៃប្រកាន់ខ្ជាប់នូវគោលការណ៍ដែលភាគីកម្ពុជាថៃបានឯកភាពគ្នាចៀសវាងការចែកចាយព័ត៌មានមិនពិត ឬព័ត៌មានក្លែងក្លាយដើម្បីកាត់បន្ថយភាពតានតឹង កាត់បន្ថយសាធារណមតិអវិជ្ជមាន និងលើកកម្ពស់បរិយាកាសអំណោយផលសម្រាប់កិច្ចសន្ទនាដោយសន្តិវិធីដែលជាចំណែកមួយក្នុងការអនុវត្តបទឈប់បាញ់ឱ្យបានពេញលេញ មានប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងការត្រឡប់មកប្រក្រតីភាពឡើងវិញ។ 

ជាមួយគ្នានេះ ក្រសួងការពារជាតិ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា សូមបញ្ជាក់សាជាថ្មីនូវការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តយ៉ាងម៉ឺងម៉ាត់ នៅក្នុងការគោរពបទឈប់បាញ់ដែលភាគីទាំងពីរបានឯកភាពគ្នានៅក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំពិសេស កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៨ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅទីក្រុងពូត្រាចាយ៉ា ក៏ដូចជាការអនុវត្តឱ្យបានពេញលេញ និងប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាពនូវរាល់ការព្រមព្រៀងទាំងឡាយដែលភាគីទាំងពីរសម្រេចបានមកទល់ពេលនេះ ក្នុងនោះរួមទាំងកំណត់ហេតុរួម នៃកិច្ចប្រជុំទាំងអស់របស់គណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនទូទៅកម្ពុជា-ថៃ (GBC) និងកិច្ចប្រជុំគណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនថ្នាក់យោធភូមិភាគកម្ពុជា-ថៃ (RBC) ដែលត្រូវបានប្រព្រឹត្តឡើងជាបន្តបន្ទាប់ ចាប់តាំងពីមានការឯកភាពគ្នាលើលក្ខខណ្ឌ នៃបទឈប់បាញ់ដោយភាគីទាំងពីរ នៅក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំវិសាមញ្ញនៃគណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនទូទៅកម្ពុជា-ថៃ (GBC) កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៧ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅទីក្រុងគូឡាឡាំពួរ៕

Phnom Penh, September 14, 2025:

The Ministry of National Defence, Kingdom of Cambodia categorically rejects the unfounded and baseless accusations made by the Thai side that Cambodia has deployed drones along the border area between the two countries.

These false accusations not only escalate tensions but also severely affect mutual trust between both parties.

The Ministry of National Defence would like to clarify that Cambodia has not launched any drones into Thai sovereign territory as falsely claimed. We urge the Thai side to adhere to the agreed-upon principles that both Cambodia and Thailand have committed to, which include avoiding the dissemination of false or misleading information, reducing tensions, preventing negative public opinion, and fostering a constructive atmosphere for diplomatic dialogue. This will contribute to fully and effectively implementing the ceasefire agreement and the return to normalcy. 

Furthermore, the Ministry of National Defence reaffirms Cambodia's firm commitment to respecting the ceasefire agreement reached by both parties during the special meeting on July 28, 2025, in Putrajaya, as well as the full and effective implementation of all agreements made up to this point. This includes the agreed minutes of all meetings of the General Border Committee Cambodia - Thailand (GBC) and the Regional Border Committee Cambodia - Thailand (RBC), which have been continuously held since both parties reached an agreement on the ceasefire conditions during the special meeting of the General Border Committee Cambodia - Thailand (GBC) on August 7, 2025, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
