កម្ពុជាប្រកាន់គោលជំហរច្បាស់លាស់ ក្នុងការគោរពកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងឈប់បាញ់ និងដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាព្រំដែនដោយសន្តិវិធីដោយឈរលើមូលដ្ឋាន នៃកិច្ចព្រមព្រមទ្វេភាគីដែលមានជាធរមាន ព្រមទាំងអនុសញ្ញា សន្ធិសញ្ញា ច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ និងសូមអំពាវនាវដោយទទូចឲ្យភាគីថៃ គោរពគោលការណ៍ទាំងនេះដូចគ្នាដែរ ដើម្បីរក្សាបទឈប់បាញ់ និងកាត់បន្ថយភាពតានតឹងផ្នែកយោធា ដើម្បីបញ្ចៀសការប៉ះទង្គិចគ្នា ដែលនាំដល់ការផ្ទុះអាវុធសារជាថ្មី»។

«Cambodia strongly condemns the violence committed by Thai authorities against Cambodian citizens and monks, and calls on Thailand to immediately end all forms of abuse and violence. Cambodia further demands that the Thai side respect the ceasefire agreement, uphold the spirit of the GBC meeting and RBC meeting, particularly Article 2 and Article 4 of the 2000 MOU, as well as the principles of human rights and international humanitarian law.

Cambodia reaffirms its clear position of respecting the ceasefire agreement and resolving border issues peacefully, based on existing bilateral agreements and international legal conventions. Cambodia urges the Thai side to strictly adhere to these principles, maintain the ceasefire, and reduce military tensions in order to prevent clashes that could escalate into renewed armed conflict.
